Every training plan includes no-equipment options so you can train anywhere. For full exercise variety, you only need one light and one heavy pair of dumbbells and one light and one heavy kettlebell, plus a few simple tools like a pull-up bar, suspension trainer or bands, foam roller, and lacrosse ball. Some exercises include barbell options, but a barbell is never required. Equipment expands options, but never blocks consistency.
