By accessing the Mountain Motiv3 website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Mountain Motiv3 provides digital educational content and training guidance through memberships, 1:1 coaching, and digital resources.
All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are intended to support general fitness, performance, and lifestyle readiness.
Mountain Motiv3 does not provide medical care, physical therapy, rehabilitation, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or participate in services unless written consent is provided by a legal guardian.
Purchases grant access to the digital memberships, 1:1 coaching, or products described at the time of purchase.
Content is delivered through the Mountain Motiv3 platform or associated third-party systems.
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Canceling is as straightforward as signing up. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited session. All purchased 1:1 sessions expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
You acknowledge that:
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk
Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice
You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying any exercise activity
All content provided through Mountain Motiv3, including text, videos, programs, guides, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Mountain Motiv3.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Share login credentials or purchased materials
Use Mountain Motiv3 content for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to access systems or materials not intended for you
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain Motiv3 is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from the use or misuse of its products or services.
For in-person sessions at the Mountain Motiv3 studio, you assume all risks associated with the physical environment. You acknowledge that at-home/virtual coaching has inherent limitations and you are responsible for the safety of your own training space.
Mountain Motiv3 reserves the right to modify products, services, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mountain Motiv3 operates.
